This Circular replaces page 3-23 of Operational and Services External Circular DEP-475 dated December 11, 2025, corresponding to Subject 03 titled "10,000 Peso Banknotes," from the corporate manual of the Issuance and Programming Department.

Through this update, the following modification is made:

• Paragraph 48 is added, which informs that, starting June 22, 2026, the Bank of the Republic will put into circulation 10,000 peso banknotes, with an edition date of July 23, 2024 – Series BD.

44. EDITION MAY 26, 2020 – SERIES AK Starting December 12, 2023, the Bank of the Republic put into circulation 10,000 peso banknotes, with an edition date of May 26, 2020 – Series AK. These banknotes have the same design and identical general characteristics and security devices as the previous edition.

45. EDITION JULY 27, 2021 – SERIES BA Starting August 13, 2024, the Bank of the Republic put into circulation 10,000 peso banknotes, with an edition date of July 27, 2021 – Series BA, which have the same design and identical general characteristics and security devices as the previous edition and are signed by Dr. Leonardo Villar Gómez as General Manager and Dr. Marcela Ocampo Duque as Executive Manager.

46. EDITION OCTOBER 24, 2023 – SERIES BB Starting June 25, 2025, the Bank of the Republic put into circulation 10,000 peso banknotes, with an edition date of October 24, 2023 – Series BB, which have the same design and identical general characteristics and security devices as the previous edition.

47. EDITION OCTOBER 24, 2023 – SERIES BC Starting December 15, 2025, the Bank of the Republic put into circulation 10,000 peso banknotes, with an edition date of October 24, 2023 – Series BC, which have the same design and identical general characteristics and security devices as the previous edition.

48. EDITION JULY 23, 2024 – SERIES BD Starting June 22, 2026, the Bank of the Republic will put into circulation 10,000 peso banknotes, with an edition date of July 23, 2024 – Series BD, which have the same design and identical general characteristics and security devices as the previous edition.
