Dear Esteemed Colleagues, Peace, mercy, and blessings of God be upon you,

Subject: Instructions on Forms for Straps of Sixth Edition Banknote Stacks.

Reference is made to the Third Edition of the Instructions on Forms for Straps of Sixth Edition Banknote Stacks, communicated via Circular No. 42018358 dated 22/03/1442 AH. Reference is also made to the release of the 200 Riyal denomination for circulation on 13/09/1442 AH. To ensure consistency in the colors of banknote strap forms among banks, financial institutions, and Saudi Central Bank branches relative to current and previous editions, the Fourth Edition of the Instructions on Forms for Straps of Sixth Edition Banknote Stacks is enclosed, which includes an additional form for the 200 Riyal strap. This Fourth Edition replaces the aforementioned Third Edition.

  1. General Instructions: 1-1 Printing of Sixth Edition banknote strap forms shall be approved according to the designs and color ratios specified in these Instructions. 1-2 These forms must be used for strapping Sixth Edition denominations when delivered to Saudi Central Bank branches.

  2. Requirements to be Included in the Forms: a. The bank's name and logo at the top of the form. b. The names and signatures of the first and second employees at the bottom of the form. c. The number of notes and denomination in the center of the form, with the working denomination font size being larger. d. The currency issuance year in the corner of the form.

  3. Form Colors: Each denomination is distinguished by printing it in specific colors as follows:
