Decision of the Board of Directors of the Financial Regulatory Authority

No. (94) of 2019 dated 22/7/2019

Regarding the Extension of the Deadline for Submitting Financial Statements for Companies Listed on the Egyptian Exchange and Companies and Entities Subject to the Authority's Supervision

The Board of Directors of the Financial Regulatory Authority

Having reviewed the Companies Law No. (159) of 1981 regarding Joint Stock Companies, Limited Partnerships by Shares, Limited Liability Companies, and Single-Person Companies, and its executive regulation and amendments;

And the Law No. (10) of 2009 regarding the Regulation of Supervision over Markets and Non-Banking Financial Instruments;

And the Central Deposit and Registration of Securities Law issued by Law No. (93) of 2000 and its executive regulation and amendments;

And Presidential Decree No. (192) of 2009 regarding the Basic Statute of the Financial Regulatory Authority;

And Investment Ministerial Decision No. (110) of 2015 regarding the issuance of Egyptian Accounting Standards and its amendments;

And the memorandum from the Central Administration for Financial Reports dated 18/7/2019;

And the approval of the Authority's Board of Directors dated 22/7/2019.

Has Decided

(Article One)

The deadline for submitting financial statements for companies listed on the Egyptian Exchange and companies and entities subject to the Authority's supervision for the financial period ending on 30/6/2019 is extended to 25/8/2019.

(Article Two)

This Decision shall be published in the Egyptian Gazette and on the Authority's website, and shall take effect from the day following its issuance date.
