The Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia issued Resolution No. 117 A on July 15, 2025, to formally register the Rules of CCI Development, a Non-Public, Closed-End, Contractual Investment Fund managed by CCI-FRAM Management LLC. This regulatory action was taken following applications submitted by the management company on May 22 and June 12, 2025, and subsequent review by the Licensing and Supervision Committee. The resolution becomes effective upon registration with the management company or delivery to its authorized representative, thereby authorizing the fund's operational framework under Armenian financial law.

Registering the Rules of “ CCI Development ”, a Non-Public, Closed -End , Contractual Investment Fund of “ CCI-FRAM Management ” , a Limited Liability Company
Pursuant to Article 2 (3) and Article 20 (“ki”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and Article 21 of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Investment Funds”; and Paragraph 29 of Regulation 10/11 “Terms and Conditions for Registration of Investment Fund (Fund Rules), Granting Preliminary Permission to Sell Securities of Foreign Investment Fund in the Republic of Armenia” as approved under the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Board Resolution No. 117-N, dated May 2, 2011;
Whereas on May 22, 2025 and June 12, 2025 “CCI-FRAM Management”, a Limited Liability Company, applied to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia with a request to register the Rules of “CCI Development”, a Non-Public, Closed-End, Contractual Investment Fund of “CCI-FRAM Management” LLC; and
In view of the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 31, dated July 9, 2025),
the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia
E n a c t s:
Register the Rules of “CCI Development” Non-Public, Closed-End, Contractual Investment Fund of “CCI-FRAM Management” Limited Liability Company.
This resolution to enter into force upon being registered with “CCI-FRAM Management” Limited Liability Company or on the day following its delivery, in the prescribed manner, to an authorized representative of “CCI-FRAM Management” Limited Liability Company.
