Decision of the Board of Directors of the Financial Regulatory Authority

No. (100) of 2019 dated 4/8/2019

Regarding the Temporary Suspension of Portfolio Formation and Management Activities

for the Egyptian Investment Holding Group Company

Board of Directors of the Financial Regulatory Authority

Having reviewed the Capital Market Law issued by Law No. 95 of 1992 and its amendments;
and the Law Regulating Supervision over Non-Banking Financial Markets and Instruments issued by Law No. 10 of 2009;
and Presidential Decision No. 192 of 2009 issuing the Basic Law of the Financial Regulatory Authority;
and the Authority's Board Decision No. (194) of 2018 regarding the conditions and controls for the temporary suspension of activities for companies operating in the securities field;
and the Extraordinary General Assembly resolution of the Company held on 27/3/2019;
and the memorandum prepared by the Central Department for Corporate Governance dated 22/7/2019;
and the approval of the Authority's Board of Directors in its meeting held on 4/8/2019.

Has Decided

Article One

The licensed portfolio formation and management activity of the Egyptian Investment Holding Group Company is hereby suspended for a period of one year starting from the day following the issuance date of this Decision, with the Company resuming its activities from the day following the expiration of the suspension period.

Article Two

This Decision shall be published on the Authority's website and on stock exchange screens, and shall take effect from the day following its issuance. Competent authorities are tasked with its implementation according to their respective jurisdictions.
