Final Report on the Review of the RTS on the information to be provided in an application for authorisation and registration under the Benchmarks Regulation
ESMA issued this final report to amend the Regulatory Technical Standards governing applications for authorisation and registration of benchmark administrators under the Benchmarks Regulation. ESMA rejected stakeholder requests to exclude financial data or benchmark usage estimates, maintaining that these elements are necessary to verify financial soundness and operational robustness.
