Regulation on the Application of EBA Guidelines for Credit Institution Authorisation under Article 8(5) of Directive 2013/36/EU
Banka Slovenije issued this regulation to formally apply the European Banking Authority's guidelines on the common assessment methodology for granting credit institution authorisation.
