Circular No. 60: Banking Facilities Granted to the Government and Its Employees
The Palestine Monetary Authority issued Circular No. 60 requiring all banks operating in Palestine to submit monthly statistical data on banking facilities granted to the government and its employees. Banks must provide this information via Excel files through the periodic statistics service by the fifth working day of each month, effective for data as of March 31, 2012. This circular supersedes and cancels the previous Circular No. 2011/133.
