Circular No. 12: Declaration of Borrower Status for Palestine Monetary Authority Employees

Subject: Declaration of Borrower Status for Palestine Monetary Authority Employees

Following the instructions of the Credit Information Systems (Sijili) and Re-lending Networks (Nesham), and in order to regulate the proper disclosure of the borrower status of Palestine Monetary Authority employees, all banks are requested to adopt code (4000) specified in the instructions for private sector employees and classify them in the data of these systems using this code.

Accordingly, all banks are requested to review the classification of Palestine Monetary Authority employees on the aforementioned systems and amend it in accordance with the content of this circular as soon as possible. Please note that this measure applies only for the purposes of using the aforementioned systems.
