The amendments introduce a new regulatory usage domain and specific reporting guidelines to capture data on credit operations renegotiated under the Extraordinary Program for Financial Rebalancing of Families - Novo Desenrola Brasil (MPV No. 1,355/2026). These changes are necessary to enable the Central Bank to effectively monitor and control renegotiated credit operations supported by the new program.
