De-Listing of Premium Capital Group SAL from the List of Financial Intermediation Institutions

The Capital Markets Authority has officially delisted Premium Capital Group SAL from the financial intermediation companies list after confirming compliance with all statutory licensing requirements. Announcement no 52 The Chairman of the Capital Markets Authority, Pursuant to Law No 161 dated 17/8/2011 on Capital Markets, Pursuant to the decision of the Capital Markets Authority’s Board No 12/3/2019 (Bis 1) taken in its meeting held on 26/2/2019, according to which Premium Capital Group SAL shall be delisted from the list of financial intermediation companies, provided that it abides by Clause 2 of Article 2209 of the Licensing and Registration Regulation in Capital Markets, And after reviewing the documents submitted and confirming the fulfillment of legal conditions required for such delisting, Decides the following: Article 1: Premium Capital Group SAL registered under number 18 of the list of financial intermediation companies shall be delisted.
