Decision on Notification of the Provision of Intermediation and Advisory Services Relating to Housing Loans in Another Member State
The Council of the Central Bank of Montenegro issued this Decision to regulate the notification procedures for credit intermediaries intending to provide housing loan intermediation and advisory services in other EU Member States. The document mandates that intermediaries submit specific operational and creditor data to the Central Bank, which then forwards these notifications to the competent authorities of the host states using standardized templates. Although the Decision enters into force the day after its publication in the Official Gazette, its substantive application is scheduled to commence upon Montenegro's accession to the European Union.
