The Palestine Monetary Authority issued Circular No. 2014/93 to formally encourage all Palestinian banks to motivate their staff to conduct and publish scientific research and articles in the Financial and Banking Research Journal or other academic publications. This directive builds upon the successful launch of the journal's inaugural issue by the Palestinian Banking Institute and aims to systematically document banking research to enhance sectoral expertise and professional development. Banks are expected to actively support their employees in preparing and disseminating these scholarly works to foster continuous knowledge growth within the Palestinian financial system.

In the context of the Palestine Monetary Authority's efforts to encourage scientific research among the Palestinian banking staff and to document such research in a scientific manner, given its positive impact on developing the capabilities of employees in the banking sector and enriching their expertise, and in light of the success of the first issue of the Financial and Banking Research Journal published by the Palestinian Banking Institute, the Palestine Monetary Authority hopes that all banks will encourage their employees to prepare scientific research and articles and publish them in the Journal or other journals.
