The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas issued this circular to inform supervised financial institutions of the approved name change for Banco Rural De Isla Cordova (Cebu), Inc. to BRIC Bank, Inc. A Rural Bank. The Securities Exchange Commission approved the Amended Articles of Incorporation reflecting this new corporate name on 08 January 2025. This action follows the initial authorization granted by the central bank on 17 January 2022.
