Circular Letter No. 4068 - Amends the Layout of the Pillar 3 Report Document

The Head of the Prudential and Exchange Regulation Department (Dereg), using the powers conferred by Articles 23, item I, clause "a", and 118, item I, clause "d", of the Internal Regulations of the Central Bank of Brazil, attached to Ordinance No. 84,287 of February 27, 2015, and considering the provisions of Article 56 of Resolution No. 4,557 of February 23, 2017,

RESOLVES:

Article 1. For information referring to the base date of June 2020, the new versions of the layout of the Pillar 3 document shall come into force, available on the Central Bank of Brazil's internet page, at the electronic address https://www.bcb.gov.br/estabilidadefinanceira/leiautes_pilar_3.

Article 2. Modifications were made to the layout of the following tables:

I - Table LI1: alteration of the nomenclature of the balance sheet items listed in the rows;

II - Table CC2: alteration of the nomenclature of the balance sheet items listed in the rows; and

III - Table IRRBB1: alteration in the division of the columns of line Level I of Reference Equity (PR).

Article 3. This Circular Letter enters into force on July 15, 2020.
