Arbitration Regulations 2015
The Board of the Abu Dhabi Global Market enacted the Arbitration Regulations 2015 to establish a comprehensive legal framework governing arbitrations seated in the jurisdiction. These Regulations comprehensively regulate the formation of arbitration agreements, the composition and challenge of arbitral tribunals, procedural conduct, and the recognition and enforcement of awards. They explicitly exclude the application of the UAE Civil Procedure Code to ensure a self-contained regime aligned with international standards.
