Decision on the Entering into Circulation of 1000-dinar Banknote
The Governor of the National Bank of Serbia issued this decision to mandate the entry of a 1000-dinar banknote into circulation. The banknote, featuring specifications defined in a separate gazette decision, is scheduled to be introduced on March 24, 2003. The regulation became effective immediately upon its publication in the RS Official Gazette on March 20, 2003.
RS Official Gazette, No. 28/2003 Pursuant to Article 16a, paragraph 2 and Article 50, paragraph 3 of the Law on the National Bank of Yugoslavia (FRY Official Gazette, No. 32/93, 41/94, 61/95, 29/97, 44/99, 73/2000), the Governor of the National Bank of Serbia hereby passes a DECISION ON THE ENTERING INTO CIRCULATION OF 1000-DINAR BANKNOTE
- On March 24, 2003, the National Bank of Serbia shall enter into circulation a 1000-dinar banknote, bearing features set forth in the Decision on the Issuing and Main Features of the 1000-dinar Banknote (RS Official Gazette, No. 28/2003).
