Bank of Zambia Circular 09/2014 on Authorised Signatories for Foreign Exchange and Securities Settlement
The Bank of Zambia issued Circular 09/2014 to amend its authorised signatory lists for foreign exchange, open market operations, and government securities settlements. Ms Nancy Chanda Mwilwa was appointed to Category A, replacing Dr Jonathan Chipili, while Mrs Lilian Muchimba Sinyangwe was added to Category B. These personnel changes take immediate effect and authorize the designated officials to execute relevant financial transactions on behalf of the central bank.

Ms Mwilwa replaces Dr Jonathan Chipili. Further, we wish to advise that Mrs Lilian Muchimba Sinyangwe will be added as a new signatory under Category B for purposes of executing settlements for open market operations and government securities transactions.
