Notice of Consultation Paper Release
The Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA) has released Consultation Paper No. 81 to propose enhancements to the Regulatory Law 2004, updates to the RPP Sourcebook, and clarifications on regulatory powers. Market participants are invited to submit written comments addressing these proposed regulatory changes and their practical implications. Submissions must be received by the DFSA no later than 21 January 2012 to inform the final rulemaking process.
