Central Bank’s legal address changes
The Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan announces that its legal address has changed to 167 Heydar Aliyev Avenue, Nizami District, Baku. Effective June 22, 2026, the bank will resume operations at this new administrative building. Consequently, the acceptance of all documents at the previous address at 90 Rashid Behbudov Street will be discontinued from that date.

Central Bank’s legal address changes
19 June 2026, Baku: The Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan will continue its operations in the new administrative building located at 167 Heydar Aliyev Avenue, Nizami District, Baku, starting from June 22 of this year. From that date, the acceptance of all documents at the administrative building located at 90 Rashid Behbudov Street, Baku, will be suspended, and operations will be conducted at the new address. For your information, the aforementioned new address is also considered the legal address of the Central Bank.
