Superintendence Resolution No. 013-2026-SMV/11

The Superintendence of the Market of Securities (SMV) issued Resolution No. 013-2026-SMV/11 on March 26, 2026, to sanction Kasa Inmueble 2 S.A. The regulator imposed a fine of 6,250 Tax Units (UIT) for committing one very serious infringement.
