Regulation on the Application of Guidelines on the Specification and Disclosure of Systemic Importance Indicators
Banka Slovenije issued this regulation to formally apply the European Banking Authority's guidelines on specifying and disclosing systemic importance indicators to supervised banks and itself. The measure mandates that designated authorities and financial institutions utilize these indicators and report underlying data for identifying global systemically important institutions. The regulation entered into force fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia on 22 January 2021.
