Bank of Portugal issued Notice No. 2/2023 to expressly revoke a set of regulatory acts concerning the Mutual Agricultural Credit Guarantee Fund. The revocation specifically targets previous notices (Nos. 13/2014, 10/2012, 7/2014, 7/2012, 5/2011, and 3/2010) to update the regulatory framework for agricultural credit institutions. This measure entered into force on January 25, 2023, following its publication in the Official Gazette on January 24, 2023.
