Circular No. 4/2025 Summer Time in Palestine
The Palestine Monetary Authority mandates that all licensed bankers operating in Palestine advance their clocks by 60 minutes to implement summer time. This regulatory change takes effect on the morning of Saturday, April 12, 2025, pursuant to a Cabinet decision and Law Decree No. (40) of 2022 concerning banking licensing and supervision. Institutions must immediately adjust their operational systems, transaction processing, and public schedules to comply with the new timekeeping standard.

Subject: Summer Time in Palestine
Based on the provisions of Law Decree No. (40) of 2022 concerning the licensing and regulation of the banking profession, and pursuant to the decision of the esteemed Cabinet, we hereby inform you that summer time in Palestine will commence on the morning of Saturday, April 12, 2025, by advancing the clock hands by (60) minutes.
