Circular No. 002-2018 on the Online Stock Exchange in the UMOA Regional Financial Market
The General Secretariat of the Regional Council for Public Savings and Financial Markets (CREPMF) mandates Management and Intermediation Companies, Wealth Management Companies, business brokers, authorized order collectors, and regional investors to adhere to standardized agreements governing online stock exchange operations. These legally binding templates define the contractual relationships between clients and order collectors, as well as between order collectors and management companies. All relevant market participants are required to implement these prescribed agreements without deviation.
