The Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia issued Board Resolution No. 98 A to formally register the Rules of the “AC 3” Contractual, Non-Public, Interval, Specialized Investment Fund managed by “Alex Capital” CJSC. This regulatory action follows applications submitted by the fund manager on March 20, April 14, and May 8, 2025, and relies on the Licensing and Supervision Committee's conclusion dated May 27, 2025. The resolution becomes effective upon registration with or delivery to an authorized representative of “Alex Capital” CJSC.

Registering the Rules of “ AC 3 ” Contractual, Non-Public, Interval, Specialized Investment Fund of “ Alex Capital ” , a Closed Joint-Stock Company
Pursuant to Article 2 (3) and Article 20 (“ki”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, and Article 21 of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Investment Funds”, and Paragraph 29 of Regulation 10/11 “Terms and Conditions for Registration of Investment Fund (Fund Rules), Granting Preliminary Permission to Sell Securities of Foreign Investment Fund in the Republic of Armenia” as approved under the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Board Resolution No. 117-N, dated May 2, 2011; Whereas on March 20, 2025, April 14, 2025, and May 8, 2025 “Alex Capital”, a Closed Joint-Stock Company, applied to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia with a request to register the Rules of “AC 3” Contractual, Non-Public, Interval, Specialized Investment Fund of “Alex Capital” CJSC; In view of the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 25, dated May 27, 2025); the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia
E n a c t s:
Register the Rules of “AC 3” Contractual, Non-Public, Interval, Specialized Investment Fund of “Alex Capital” Closed Joint-Stock Company.
This resolution to enter into force upon being registered with “Alex Capital” Closed Joint-Stock Company or on the day following its delivery, in the prescribed manner, to an authorized representative of “Alex Capital” Closed Joint-Stock Company.
