Suspen ding the 30-Day Period of Time for the Review of the Application to Seek an Activity License to a Branch
of the Exchange Office of “ Nor Zov q”, a Limited Liability Company (License No. 867)
Pursuant to Article 2 (3) and Article 20 (“jf”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and clause 9 of the Appendix as approved under the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia Board Resolution (No. 138-N, dated May 15, 2007) “On Regulation 10 “Licensing and Regulation of Foreign Currency Purchase and Sale Operations””;
Whereas on June 24, 2025 “Nor Zovq”, a Limited Liability Company, applied to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia with a request to seek an activity license to a branch of the exchange office;
In view of the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 31, dated July 9, 2025),
the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia
E n a c t s:
Suspend the 30-day period of time for the review of the application to seek an activity license to a Branch of the Exchange Office of “Nor Zovq”, a Limited Liability Company (License No. 867), in order to clarify certain factual circumstances.
This resolution to enter into force on the day following proper notification to “Nor Zovq” Limited Liability Company.
