The Council of the Central Bank of Montenegro issued this decision to amend the official prices for various commemorative coin collections. The amendments specify new euro values for complete sets, individual gold and silver coins, and alloy collections, with Article 1 detailing prices effective from the date of publication. Article 2 establishes a separate set of reduced prices for the same coin collections, which are scheduled to enter into force on the eighth day following the document's publication in the Official Gazette of Montenegro.
Pursuant to Article 44 paragraph 2 point 3 and in conjunction with Article 5 paragraph 2 of the Central Bank of Montenegro Law (OGM 40/10, 46/10, 06/13), the Central Bank of Montenegro Council, at its meeting held on 7 April 2017, passed the following Decision amending the Decision on Changes in Prices of Commemorative Coins Issued Article 1 In the Decision on Changes in Prices of Commemorative Coins Issued (OGM 13/11), in Article 2 paragraph 1, indents 1 and 2 shall be amended, worded as follows: “- For the entire Montenegrin coins collection (10 denominations) - 2.796.00 euros;
2 1 Three Golden Coins Collection 2.251.00 2 The Collection (one golden coin in denomination of 20 Perpers and one silver coin in denomination of 2 Perpers) 415.00 3 The Collection (one golden coin in denomination of 10 Perpers and one silver coin in denomination of 1 Perper) 230.00 4 One golden coin in denomination of 100 Perpers 1.712.00 5 One golden coin in denomination of 20 Perpers 361.00 6 One golden coin in denomination of 10 Perpers 198.00”
Point 12 shall be amended, worded as follows: “12 The Four Alloys Collection (1, 2, 10, 20 Para) 12.00” Article 3 This decision shall enter into force on the eighth day following that of its publication in the Official Gazette of Montenegro.
