Having regard to Articles L142-2 and L144-2-1 of the Monetary and Financial Code, Having regard to Article L2141-1 of the General Code of the Property of Public Persons, Having regard to the opinion of the Council of State of December 9, 1999, Having regard to Order No. A-2017-04 of the General Council of February 3, 2017, Having regard to the decision of the Governor dated February 27, 2019, delegating powers to the Secretary General to pronounce the deassignment of the public domain and to authorize the sales of real estate assets and rights of the Bank of France,
DECIDES
Article 1: The building occupied by the departmental branch for AVEYRON in RODEZ, 13, boulevard François Fabié (section AV No. 122) may be declassified from the public domain, by anticipation of its deassignment, and be sold. Its deassignment will take place at the latest within three years from the date of this decision.
Article 2: This decision takes effect on the date of its publication in the official publication register of the Bank of France.
