Board of Directors of the Financial Regulatory Authority After reviewing the laws mentioned in the preamble, including Law No. 10 of 1981, and the laws specified below: Law No. 10 of 2009; Law No. 43 of 2013 regarding the establishment of the Financial Regulatory Authority; Law No. 18 of 2014 regarding the establishment of the National Authority for Remote Sensing and Space Sciences; the aforementioned law amended on 2015/1/5; and the aforementioned law amended on 2015/3/11,

DECIDES: The Authority shall organize the fee for the services it provides for examining and studying applications of insurance companies to market their insurance products through banks, as follows:

    1. It is required that the applicant be insured.
    1. The applicant shall pay the examination and study service fee according to the attached schedule. The fee shall be paid to the Authority's account, and the provisions of Article 2 shall apply to it.
