The Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia issued Resolution No. 156-A on 9 September 2025 to formally register the rules of the "AC 4" contractual, non-public, interval, specialized investment fund. This decision was based on applications submitted by "ALEX CAPITAL" Closed Joint-Stock Company and a favorable conclusion from the Licensing and Supervision Committee. The resolution entered into force the day following official notification to the fund's management company.
