Instruction No. 2013-I-17 of December 12, 2013 amending Instruction No. 2011-I-08 on commitments related to international banking activities

The Prudential Supervision and Resolution Authority issued Instruction No. 2013-I-17 to amend the regulatory framework governing commitments associated with international banking activities. This instruction replaces the annex and Article 4 of the original Instruction No. 2011-I-08, mandating that data be reported in euros via Excel files to a specified email address. Additionally, Article 5 of the original instruction is repealed, and the new provisions enter into force immediately upon publication.

PRUDENTIAL SUPERVISION AND RESOLUTION AUTHORITY

Instruction No. 2013-I-17 dated December 12, 2013 amending Instruction No. 2011-I-08 regarding commitments related to international banking activities

The Prudential Supervision and Resolution Authority, Having regard to the Monetary and Financial Code, particularly Article L. 612-24; Having regard to Instruction No. 2011-I-08 regarding commitments related to international banking activities; Having regard to the opinion of the Consultative Committee on Prudential Affairs dated November 29, 2013; Decides:

Article 1

  • The annex to Instruction No. 2011-I-08 regarding commitments related to international banking activities is replaced by the table appearing in the annex to this instruction.

Article 2 - The text of Article 4 of the aforementioned instruction is replaced as follows: "The table is to be completed in euros and sent to the General Secretariat of the Prudential Supervision and Resolution Authority in a file format supported by Excel software, via email to the following address: ENGAG_INT@acpr.banque-france.fr, for the deadlines of December 31, 2013, March 31, and June 30, 2014."

Article 3 - Article 5 of the aforementioned instruction is repealed.

Article 4 - This instruction enters into force upon its publication.
