Royal Decree 165/2025 of 4 March amending the Statutes of the Ibero-American Foundation for Securities Markets F.S.P.
The Spanish Council of Ministers, via Royal Decree 165/2025, amends the Statutes of the Ibero-American Foundation for Securities Markets F.S.P. to align them with the Public Sector Legal Regime Law 40/2015.
