CL-2026-004: Lost Bangko Sentral Registration Document (BSRD)
The Office of the Managing Director of the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas issued Circular Letter CL-2026-004 to notify authorized agent banks and foreign exchange corporations regarding the loss of a specific BSRD. The document identifies the lost registration for Mitutoyo Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd.'s foreign direct investment in Mitutoyo Philippines, Inc., and instructs financial institutions not to honor it for capital repatriation or earnings remittance. This directive is issued pursuant to Section 38 of the Manual of Regulations on Foreign Exchange Transactions, as amended, while a replacement application is being processed.
