M-2024-022: Cancelled and Replaced Bangko Sentral Registration Documents (BSRDs)
The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas issued this memorandum to update the list of cancelled and replaced Bangko Sentral Registration Documents (BSRDs) as of the first quarter of 2024. The document specifies that BSRDs cancelled or replaced between April 2020 and December 2022 due to investment changes must not be honored for foreign exchange purchases or earnings remittances. Authorized Agent Banks and foreign exchange corporations are directed to comply with Section 38 of the FX Manual by rejecting these invalid documents.
