Resolution of 26 July 2023 by the Council of the National Securities Market Commission Modifying the Internal Regulations (Consolidated Text, Last Modification 01/08/2023)
The Council of the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) issued a resolution on 26 July 2023 to amend Articles 27, 30, 31, 33, and 42 of its Internal Regulations. The modifications reorganize the General Directorates, establish the Voting Advice Supervisor role under Article 30, and create a Money Laundering Prevention Unit directly dependent on the General Directorate of Entities. Additionally, the resolution clarifies the functions of the General Secretariat and introduces procedures for the resolution of central counterparties and investment firms.
