Circular No. 10 of 2025: Launch of the Digital Financial Identity System iDplus
The Palestine Monetary Authority issued Circular No. 10 of 2025 to mandate the two-phase launch of the iDplus digital financial identity system for all payment service companies in Palestine. The pilot phase runs from June 21 to June 30, 2025, requiring companies to register their employees and report technical issues daily.
