Intellectual Property (IP) Assets Grandfathering Certification Programme - Update
The Belize Financial Services Commission has updated the Intellectual Property Assets Grandfathering Certification Programme form to include signature and date fields for International Business Companies. IBCs must submit the completed IPAG Form via their registered agents by 31 January 2020 to comply with the exemption period ending 30 June 2021. The update permits companies holding IP assets to submit detailed data in Excel format instead of using annexures, while those declaring no IP holdings are required to submit only the main form.
