ACPR Compliance with EBA Guidelines on the Format and Information of the Redemption Plan for ART and EMT Issuers (EBA/GL/2024/13)

These guidelines apply to issuers of asset-referenced tokens and electronic money tokens, mandating that they make all necessary efforts to adhere to the standards set forth in the document. The compliance declaration is made in accordance with Article 16 of Regulation (EU) No 1093/2010, which establishes the European Banking Authority.
