ON GRANTING AN EXCHANGE OFFICE BRANCH LICENSE TO “NOR ZOVQ” LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY (LICENSE NO. 867)

Guided by Part 3 of Article 2 and Point "p" of Article 20 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, point 9 of the Annex approved by Resolution No. 138-N of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated 15 May 2007 "On approving Regulation 10 'Licensing and Regulation of Foreign Currency Purchase and Sale Operations'";

T aking into account hat “NOR ZOVQ” Limited Liability Company applied to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on 9 October 2025 with a motion to obtain an exchange office branch license;

B ased on the conclusion of the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Protocol No. 46 dated 22 October 2025), the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia:

R E S O L V E S:

To grant a foreign currency purchase and sale license to Branch No. 5 of “NOR ZOVQ” Limited Liability Company (License No. 867) to carry out activities at 12 A. Khanjyan Street, Charentsavan, RA.

This Resolution shall enter into force on the day following the date of its delivery to “NOR ZOVQ” Limited Liability Company or its delivery to an authorized person of “NOR ZOVQ” Limited Liability Company in accordance with the established procedure.
