Central Bank’s citizen reception in Sumgayit is now more accessible
The Central Bank of Azerbaijan is expanding its citizen reception services by adding the ASAN Service Center No. 2 in Sumgayit to its schedule starting June 15, 2026. This initiative aims to reduce waiting times and increase public satisfaction, complementing existing receptions in Baku, Nakhchivan, Yevlakh, and Bilasuvar. Press releases A - A + Accessibility of citizen receptions held by the Central Bank in Sumgait is increased June 10, 2026: Initiatives implemented to improve the quality of services provided to citizens by the Central Bank continue. Specifically, starting from June 15, 2026, citizen receptions by the Central Bank will be held at ASAN Service Center No. 2 located in Sumgait (Address: Sumgait city, Bulvar street, 66). This approach serves to reduce time loss in the reception process and increase citizen satisfaction. It should be noted that since February of this year, citizen receptions by the Central Bank have been held at ASAN-2 (Address: Baku city, 8 November avenue, 23) and ASAN-5 (Address: Baku city, Heydar Aliyev avenue, 115) centers. Along with Baku city, citizen receptions are also being held in the regions. For this purpose, citizen reception rooms are operating at the ASAN service center located in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic (Address: Nakhchivan city, Seyid Jafar Pishaveri, 7), at the Central Bank's regional offices located in Yevlakh city at Heydar Aliyev avenue 82 address, and in Bilasuvar city at Heydar Aliyev street 2B address. At the same time, mobile receptions are organized throughout the year in various districts and cities of the republic by the Central Bank.
