PUBLIC OFFERING NOTICE FOR DIGITAL ASSETS

Developadora Costa Dorada, S.A. de C.V., in its capacity as the issuer of digital assets, informs the general public that on Tuesday, November 25, at 14:00 hours, it will issue the Public Offering of its debt token “ECDORD”. The issuance consists of a total of 16,000,000 tokens. This digital asset will have as its underlying asset a Debt Recognition Contract, which formalizes the Issuer's obligation to generate interest. The public offering has been duly approved by the National Commission of Digital Assets (CNAD), under registry entry AD-00023.
