Central Bank of Seychelles Directive on Sharing Information Regarding Gainful Occupation Permit Applications and Renewals
The Central Bank of Seychelles mandates all Bureaux de Change to report correspondence with the Ministry of Employment, Immigration and Civil Status concerning Gainful Occupation Permit applications and renewals for expatriate workers. This requirement enables the regulator to track operational developments and compliance challenges faced by financial institutions during the COVID-19 pandemic. BDCs must forward the relevant details to microprudential@cbs.sc in strict adherence to this directive.
