Bank of Zambia Circular 03/2007 on Authorized Signatories for Open Market Operations
The Bank of Zambia’s Office of the Deputy Governor for Operations has updated its authorized signatory list to include Mr. Isaac Muhanga as an additional category “A” signatory and designated Mr. Fabian Hara for temporary category “A” signing authority from May 7 to 18, 2007. Both officials are authorized to execute all Government Securities, Foreign Exchange, and Open Market Operations transactions on behalf of the bank. These amendments take immediate effect, while all previously distributed signatures on the official list remain valid.
