Decision Amending the Decision on Payment System Reporting to the Central Bank of Montenegro
The Council of the Central Bank of Montenegro issued this decision to amend the existing Payment System Reporting framework by replacing Annex 1 and Annex 2 with new versions. The regulation mandates that payment service providers and e-money issuers begin submitting reports according to the updated requirements starting with the quarter of October-December 2020. The decision entered into force on the eighth day following its publication in the Official Gazette of Montenegro.
