Dear Sirs, Peace, mercy, and blessings of God be upon you,

Subject: Instructions on Forms for Straps of Banknote Stacks of Sixth Edition.

I refer to the third edition of the Instructions on Forms for Straps of Banknote Stacks of Sixth Edition, communicated under Circular No. 42018358 dated 22/03/1442 AH. I also refer to the release of the 200 Riyal denomination for circulation on 13/09/1442 AH, and to ensure no discrepancy in the colors of banknote strap forms between banks, commercial banks, and branches of the Saudi Central Bank with current and previous issues.

Attached is the fourth edition of the Instructions on Forms for Straps of Banknote Stacks of Sixth Edition, which includes the form for the 200 Riyal denomination, replacing the third edition mentioned above.

For your information and action within three months from the date of this circular.

1. General Instructions: 1-1 Approval of printing strap forms for the sixth edition according to the designs and color ratios specified in these instructions. 1-2 These forms must be used for strapping sixth edition banknotes when delivered to Saudi Central Bank branches.

2. Requirements to be included in the forms: a. Bank name and logo at the top of the form. b. Name and signature of the first and second employee at the bottom of the form. c. Number of notes and denomination in the center of the form, with the denomination font size being larger. d. Currency issue date in the corner of the form.

3. Form Colors: Each denomination is distinguished by printing it in specific colors as follows:
