Additional Authorised Signatories for Banking, Currency and Payment Systems
The Bank of Zambia’s Office of the Deputy Governor – Operations issued Circular No. 06/2003 to update the official list of authorized signatories for the Banking, Currency and Payment System Department. The circular formally appoints Mr. Mathew Pandala as an additional authorized signatory under Section 7, Category "B", granting him signing authority for designated payment system codes. This administrative update supplements the bank’s January 2003 notification and ensures operational continuity for currency and payment system transactions requiring specific signatory approvals.
