Instruction No. 2019-I-14 of April 18, 2019 amending Instruction No. 2017-I-07 regarding the composition of approval files for supplementary professional pension funds

The Prudential Control and Resolution Authority (ACPR) issued Instruction No. 2019-I-14 to amend the submission requirements for administrative approval files concerning supplementary professional pension funds and related institutions. The directive mandates that all such dossiers must now be submitted electronically via the ACPR's 'Autorisations' portal. This change replaces previous provisions and enters into application on May 1, 2019.

Instruction No. 2019-I-14 amending Instruction No. 2017-I-07 of July 19, 2017 regarding the composition of approval or administrative approval transformation files for supplementary professional pension funds, supplementary professional pension institutions, or professional pension mutuals or unions modified by Instruction No. 2018-I-14 of July 11, 2018

The Prudential Control and Resolution Authority, Having regard to the Monetary and Financial Code, in particular Articles L. 612-2 and L. 612-24; Having regard to Instruction No. 2017-I-07 of July 19, 2017 regarding the composition of approval or administrative approval transformation files for supplementary professional pension funds, supplementary professional pension institutions, or professional pension mutuals or unions, modified by Instruction No. 2018-I-14 of July 11, 2018; Having regard to the opinion of the Prudential Affairs Consultative Committee of April 3, 2019, DECIDES

Article 1: Article 3 of the aforementioned Instruction No. 2017-I-07 is replaced by the following provisions:

"This file must be sent in electronic format to the Prudential Control and Resolution Authority by depositing it on the Autorisations portal at the address: https://acpr-autorisations.banque-france.fr/."

Article 2: This instruction enters into application on May 1, 2019.
