Notice of Amendments to Legislation April 2024
The DFSA Board, following stakeholder consultation on Paper 149, has enacted DIFC Law 5 of 2024 and issued three Rulemaking Instruments to revise the DFSA Rulebook. These instruments repeal and replace the General, Fees, and Glossary modules with updated versions that reflect consultees’ feedback. The amendments take effect on April 15, 2024, and the final texts are accessible via the DFSA website’s Amendments to Legislation section.
