Technical Specifications for Warehouse Receipt Blank Security Features
The Head of the Commodity Futures Trading Regulatory Agency issued Regulation No. 20/BAPPEBTI/PER-SRG/05/2015 to establish technical security specifications for four types of warehouse receipts: bearer, order, replacement bearer, and replacement order. The regulation mandates specific physical attributes including paper type, dimensions, and bilingual text, alongside advanced security features such as microtext, relief images, and specialized inks. It further requires that replacement receipts be issued for lost or damaged originals and provides visual examples of the standardized blank forms in Appendix II.
